Returns & Refunds policy

Agrim TechTrades Pvt. Ltd. will happily accept returns due to any technical problem as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, a replacement will be dispatched through a courier. We will notify you once this has been completed through WhatsApp/email. In any special case of refund, Agrim TechTrades Pvt Ltd will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping/expenses paid.

Conditions for returns:

Agrim TechTrades Pvt Ltd will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the warranty period of receipt of items. Customers will be required to prepay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Agrim TechTrades Pvt. Ltd. to process your warranty claim within 7 days.


Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of
(a) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
(b) refund to your payment method (If stock not available)

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
