1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Agrim TechTrades Pvt. Ltd. stands behind the quality of all manufactured and distributed solar components. We provide replacement or refund for items with verified technical manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery receipt.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a technical return or exchange:
- The component must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory packaging with all serial numbers intact.
- Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt with unboxing photos/videos.
- Custom-assembled DCDB/ACDB boxes built to client specifications are non-returnable unless a component defect is proven.
3. Return Address & Inspection
Approved return consignments must be dispatched to our central quality facility: Pillar No-78, Salarpur, Sector 83, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201304. Upon physical bench inspection, our technical desk will process a replacement unit or direct bank refund within 7 business days.
