1. Commercial Terms of Sale
These terms govern all wholesale purchases, quotations, and transactions concluded with Agrim TechTrades Pvt. Ltd. By submitting a purchase order, requesting an RFQ, or transacting on this website, buyers agree to these conditions.
2. Taxation & GST Compliance
All component prices quoted are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Valid GSTIN numbers must be provided prior to tax invoice generation for Input Tax Credit (ITC) pass-through.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All contracts and commercial disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts having jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
